Staff & Volunteers
Our Staff and Volunteers at Hagar's well play crucial roles in providing support, guidance, and resources to our lady residents as they navigate their recovery journey. Staff and volunteers provide round-the-clock support, monitoring residents' progress, assisting with daily activities, and enforcing house rules. They conduct individual assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate access to medical care and therapy. They facilitate counseling sessions addressing addiction, mental health, and trauma, offering emotional support and guidance. They offer practical life skills training in budgeting, job readiness, time management, and conflict resolution to promote independence. They foster a supportive community environment, encouraging peer support and camaraderie among residents. They educate residents on relapse prevention strategies and provide ongoing support to maintain focus on recovery goals. They advocate for residents' rights and access to community resources, collaborating with external agencies to address barriers and ensure support. They serve as compassionate guides and mentors, empowering residents to reclaim their lives and pursue a brighter future free from addiction.
